Tech savvy/sophisticated viewers will predominantly use tools like inclue and others will use editors to make choices for them.

Being an editor is often an ego business - I wonder if we will see many more of them once all you have to do is get a website live???

Re: Why internet TV will mean the end for channels

"Taking this scenario to the next level, celebrities like Judy and Richard might recommend an entire day’s worth of programmes and organise an interface that allowed you to start a 24 hour stream with a single click."

It's a playlist... and to build it you need a library.
Editors are king and they will not need to own a TV channel anymore.
(rss or tag are just proxi)

Re: Why internet TV will mean the end for channels

try this link to watch "u2" from youtube. http://www.inclue.com/clien...

the version of the inclue! video podcatcher/RSS reader will be preloaded with U2 tagged clips among others :)

Re: Why internet TV will mean the end for channels

creating a "search" that sends new videos to people based on keywords can be done at www.feedgit.com try google video and your favorite movie or musician.
