I thought we already had the mobile killer app. We talk to each other using it. People buy and use phones for that interaction. Any new service should really take some benefit from that particular affordance - and indeed the other unique bits of being in your pocket when you are somewhere. Services should ease customer's pain.
Yes, Paul, MNO's need to loosen up. This will not happen top-down
